She ended up taking a solo trip (not planned!) to El Salvador, and what came out of it was kind of wild! She’s basically connecting dots on everything right now…like realizing ivermectin may have been helping accelerate her healing, and noticing this super interesting pattern where every time she went into the ocean, her blood sugar dropped (she’s still testing it, so standby). But it's those little observations that are starting to add up and give her real clarity. But one of the biggest takeaways? Something she literally coined on this trip:“health anxiety.” That feeling of trying to do everything “perfect” for your health…and actually stressing yourself out more in the process. She breaks it down in such a relatable way, and you’ll probably see yourself in it too.
