Sick on their minds (Soul), body. Some people are overtaken by a sickness because their spirit is broken, unhealthy, wounded. A wounded spirit cannot heal the body. A spirit becomes unhealthy through various ways like when under the influence of other spirits and become attached to it then that causes a break in your spiritman gleaning fully from the Holy Spirit. One of the biggest reasons for a broken spirit though, is rejection. Rejection crushes the human spirit and becomes an unaddressed wound and issue.
