Parsha ‘Devarim’ (Deuteronomy chapters 1 thru 3) are the “Words” that Moshe spoke to ‘all Israel’ during the last month of his life, and thus his “farewell address.” It’s also an elegant summary of His Torah, or the total Instruction, that was given by YHVH through him. And it begins with the parsha that introduces the Book with, of course, the same Hebrew name.
