At first, he dismissed it as just another piece of thrash, but when he picked it up, a severed torso fell out, leaving him in complete shock.  Part 1 - We follow the police investigation as they look into the grisly findings along the Kallang River, and its connections to a Chinese migrant named Liu Hong Mei, and her illicit lover Leong Siew Chor.  Part 2 - We dive deeper into the motive for the gruesome murder, and relay the events as they happened on that fateful June day in 2005.
