Each person Jesus speaks to is invited deeper, but also confronted with what they’re still holding onto. This reminds us that discipleship means letting go of distractions, not looking back, and choosing obedience without hesitation. Being different now means we don’t follow halfway—we commit fully, live with urgency, and keep moving forward in what God has called us to.
