The NHL has clearly overreached with the Las Vegas Golden Knights. #2. The NHL clearly gone too far with the amount of fine they handed down to Las Vegas Golden Knights Head Coach John Tortarella. Excessive is an understatement! #3. I have absolutely no issue of any kind with what John Totrtarella did at all in any way. #4. The fine to John Tortarella was out of line and excessive by itself, but the additional taking of a 2nd round 2026 draft selection from the Las Vegas Golden Knights should result in the calling for Commissioner Gary Bettman’s resignation. #5. The NHL owners led by the owner of the Las Vegas Golden Knights Bill Foley should call for a no confidence vote, to remove and replace Commissioner Gary Bettman’s. #7. It’s apparently been clearly forgotten in all leagues, not just the NHL that League personnel inclusive of all executive management and the commissioner, all work for the owners, Club Owners do not work for the leagues are its commissioners. #8.
