About this episode
JC Morrison discusses the themes of unbelief and the identity of Jesus in the context of John 8:21–29.
This week at HFC, JC Morrison continued our series through the Gospel of John with a message titled Going Away from John 8:21–29. Jesus confronts the growing unbelief around Him while pointing clearly to His identity and mission from the Father. In this passage, we’re reminded that rejecting Jesus has eternal consequences, but trusting in Him leads to true life and freedom. Even as many misunderstood Him, Jesus remained completely obedient to the Father and confident in the truth of who He is.
