"Archbishop" Ronald Hicks of New York appears to relish his ministry of worshiping dominant trends and fads in secular culture while making every actually faithful Catholic cringe at his neediness and accommodations. Nothing hits as more Catholic than waving around FIFA and Knicks jerseys and donning a fedora on Puerto Rican Day. So awkward. So sheepish. So ghey. Hicks's own elevator-in-chief--playing the role of Ted McCarrick-- is Bobby Prevost. Bobby lifted the veil this week to affirm that with the SSPX moving forward with their demands to be orthodox Catholics, Vatican II did indeed create a new religion, obeisance to which is obligatory should you wish to access the buildings, benefits, and buggery.
