You see we live in a culture where waiting is discarded for the convenience of “NOW”. From Fast food, to cell phones for the immediate connection, to the click of a mouse sending a message to someone around the world in literal seconds. Today, we do not value waiting… we discard it. However, the Bible gives us clear examples of “heavy” seasons of waiting … that they aren’t wasted. They’re invested. What if, in the silence… God is not only teaching your patience and faith, but also strengthening you? What if, in the delay… He’s preparing something much greater than you ever imagined?
