About this episode

Chris and Kerri Kenney-Silver discuss the early days of MTV and the creative landscape of the pre-internet era.

Chris and sketch comedy genius Kerri Kenney-Silver (Four Seasons, Reno 911, The State) reminisce about the iconic early days of MTV, the creative freedom of the pre-internet era, finding your own band of weirdos, and how Reno 911 almost never came to be. Btw, the show is usually recorded in Los Angeles, but this episode was shot in NYC, so if you're seeing it in Watch-O-Vision, that's why the set looks different! Learn more about your ad choices.
