It is the height of the Christmas season at the Freddy Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex , where synthetic cheer and technological marvels blur together beneath glowing lights. Danny Shullenberg is transfixed by a holiday exhibit in which flying Nanobots wrap presents and print easy-to-remove-tattoos with surgical precision. Hoping to impress his crush, Daisy Zayland , he steals a few of the microscopic ink-robots and flees the Pizzaplex. However, he learns a little too late that the nanobots he snaged are not only the ones that were meant to cut wrapping paper, but also have dug their way beneath his skin.
