Grady confronts his cleithrophobia during a terrifying inspection at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex.

Grady has spent years healing from the trauma that shaped his childhood. After a horrifying accident left him with Cleithrophobia (the fear of being trapped), he's learned to live with the unseen scars, convincing himself that as long as there's a way out, he'll be alright. Working late during the final safety inspections of the still-under-construction Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex , Grady finds himself alone inside Ballora's Fitness & Flex , an attraction built around squeezing through an ever-tightening network of tunnels. What begins as a routine inspection quickly becomes an inescapable nightmare, as Glamrock Ballora's programming compels her to " help " him descend deeper into the attraction, no matter the toll done to his body.
