Gianfranco Papa is the CTO & Co-Founder of Somnio Software, a company that specializes 100% in Flutter, based in Uruguay. He is also a Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Flutter & Dart and co-organizer of the Flutter Montevideo Meetup, a group of Flutter enthusiasts and professionals, dedicated to helping grow the community of this technology both in Uruguay and around the world! As an engineer, he considers himself very passionate about technology in general, but he is especially focused on Flutter and Dart.
