About this episode

The episode discusses the MLB All-Star Game and features a debate about Jordan Love's ranking among NFL quarterbacks.

Jen, Gabe & Chewy react to the MLB All-Star Game before Mark Chmura steals the hour with an unexpected "growth moment" after watching neighborhood kids play baseball in his front yard instead of chasing them away, earning plenty of laughs from the crew and listeners. The conversation then shifts back to the Packers as Mina Kimes publicly defends Jordan Love after he was left off ESPN's top-10 quarterback rankings, sparking another debate about perception versus production. Adam Schefter joins the show to explain why NFL executives and scouts still view Love as just outside the league's elite quarterbacks and what he'll need to do this season to change that narrative. Plus, Schefter weighs in on the possibility of Aaron Donald making a surprise return to the NFL.
