台湾積体電路製造のロゴソニーグループは８日、半導体受託生産世界最大手の台湾積体電路製造と、次世代イメージセンサーの開発・製造に関する戦略的提携に向けて基本合意したと発表した。 Japan's Sony Group Corp. said Friday that it has reached a basic agreement with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., the world's largest chip foundry, to form a strategic partnership for the joint development and production of next-generation image sensors.
