About this episode
This episode discusses the court order regarding the inspection of 2020 election records by FBI investigators.
In this episode, I take you through US District Judge J.P. Boulee’s order, which denied Fulton County’s petition for the return of 656 boxes of original 2020 election records (which include ballots, envelopes, tabulator receipts, electronic records, etc.), thereby opening those boxes up for inspection by FBI investigators as part of their ongoing criminal probe into the 2020 election. That’s the only topic for the episode. Just a thorough read of the order in order to gain 1) an education on the background of the case, the 2020 election probe, the search warrant, the affidavit, the probable cause, and whatever else we find in it; and 2) a tonic against the bad information, bad narratives, and the conspiracy slop that surrounds the subject. A fun surprise in the order is that the Mar-a-Lago raid comes up over and over and over again. Which, of course, is very gratifying, as the context in which it comes up reinforces the “ Templates ” idea and “FBI raids being good news” prediction I put forth years ago.
