Fujimoto Tatsuki is now fairly well known for his action blockbuster series Chainsaw Man, the very strange manga Fire Punch and his introspective short Look Back.But before any of these stories began, Fujimoto-san wrote several one-shot manga that he submitted to manga awards and contests between the ages of 17 and 26.These short stories were collected into two manga volumes in 2021 and were just released as an anime compilation series on Amazon Prime!Collecting a selection of his works from 2011 through to 2018 (Kyle apologises for getting the date wrong in the episode!), Fujimoto Tatsuki 17-26 shows how the manga-ka’s work evolved over time and gives us glimpses of the ideas that would go on to shape some of his future work!They’re also just great fun!
