In this episode of Beth of Fresh Air , we move to the next phase: Drop it. Once you’ve spotted a pattern, tracked it, and recognized its structure… there’s only one thing left to do. Not fix it. Not manage it. Not analyze it further. But to drop it . To let it move through you instead of holding it in place. Life is full of things we cling to — both the “good” and the “bad.” When something feels good, we try to hold onto it. When something goes wrong, we hold onto fear, betrayal, and drama. If we get what we want, we fear losing it. If we don’t get what we want, we chase it. Different expressions… same mechanism: Holding. And holding is anti-freedom. But it also creates friction. And if you follow that friction precisely, it can lead to a turning point — a moment where you see clearly that what you’re holding onto is not serving you. From there, a choice becomes available: Drop it.
