This week's guest Bob from Philly talks with Charlie about his disordered use of kratom extracts escalating to 7-OH over a period of three years. He said it was the only substance he had to go "get more" when it ran out. Bob quit cold turkey with the help of faith and music, and is trying to retrain his brain to do activities he used to mostly enjoy by loading up on kratom.
