Olena Malytska and Alexander Romanishyn discuss the mission and accomplishments of the ISE Group and the findings of their economic impact study on Ukrainian American businesses.

Olena Malytska is the CEO of ISE Group, a nonprofit organization operating as a think tank and corporate accelerator, with offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Washington, D.C. Alexander Romanishyn serves as a board member of the organization. In partnership with the Ukrainian American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ISE released a landmark study in the fall 2025 titled "Economic Impact of Ukrainian-American Businesses in the U.S". The study found that Ukrainian American companies generate nearly $60 billion in annual revenue - roughly equivalent to the size of North Dakota’s economy - and support approximately 300,000 jobs across the United States. In this conversation, Ms. Malytska and Mr. Romanishyn discuss ISE Group’s mission and key accomplishments.
