Kateryna Odarchenko is a political consultant and strategist for Ukraine as well as for several other countries that were formerly part of the Soviet Union. She is the founder and CEO of the SIC Group Ukraine and president of the PolitA Institute for Democracy and Development. Ms. Odarchenko offers her perspectives on politics and democracy in Ukraine. She also discusses whether it is possible to hold elections during the current war.
