A wannabe pimp, a shopping cart, and a bag of body parts. After the murder of Jacqeline Bonds in 1963, after receiving a life sentence, Harvey Marcelin was released on lifetime parole. About a year after his release, a man walking in Central Park discovered a bag of dismembered remains. The victim was later identified as 29-year-old Ana Laura Sierra. Marcelin plead guilty to manslaughter. But once again, he wouldn’t remain behind bars.
