This episode discusses the transformative message of the cross as preached by the apostle Paul in Corinth.

The cross was an intense symbol of Roman torture and shame. Yet in a divided and sophisticated city like Corinth, the apostle Paul refused to rely on human eloquence or philosophy to reach the hearts of the people.
