About this episode

Kayla Shawley shares her experiences exploring Seattle, her hometown, from a tourist's perspective.

It's always fun going back to my hometown. If you were not aware, I am from the Seattle area, and I enjoy going back there regularly as a tourist and vacationer. It't really fun to see your hometown from the eyes of someone that does not live there, and have a reason to do all the touristy things that locals look down on. Don't ride the "ducks," but do follow my lead in exploring what the Pacific Northwest has to offer on one of the nicest days that I've been in recent memory. Take a trip with me and experience their seafood down at the Seattle waterfront. Explore Woodinville and taste Washington wines. Sample beers at one of the many (many) breweries in the regions and experience how the locals brew their famous Cascadian hops, or go for my favorite, a cider made from famous Washington apples. You're missing out if you skip a visit to Seattle. Do yourself a favor and reach out to book a trip for yourself by visiting me at https://kttcbykayla.com.
