Hjørdis og Jørgen var i Danmark i 2001-2002 og fik derefter et kald tilbage til Etiopien. Denne gang til Bibelskolen i Jinka. I 2006 kom de tilbage til Danmark og gennem kulturmøder fik kontakt til kvoteflygtninge fra Congo og en syrisk familie
