About this episode

The episode discusses Auburn Tigers' preparations for SEC Media Days and the impact of Alex Golesh's leadership on the team's future.

Auburn Tigers gear up for a new era at SEC Media Days, facing questions about Alex Golesh’s ability to reverse years of mismanagement and ignite immediate change. Can Golesh’s leadership and his core group of USF transfers—Byrum Brown, Chas Nimrod, and others—silence the doubters and deliver instant results on the field? Zac Blackerby and Mike G examine Auburn’s rebuilt roster, the ongoing battle for starting receiver spots, and the high expectations set for year one under Golesh following lackluster seasons under previous regimes. Key topics include Auburn’s win-loss projections, the significance of an early statement game against Baylor, and how SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey’s response to conference realignment could reshape the college football landscape. With the Tigers favored in seven matchups and new strategies in focus, can Auburn finally break through and pull off a signature upset? Don’t miss this must-hear preview of pivotal changes on The Plains.
