About this episode

The episode discusses the Milwaukee Bucks' hiring of Taylor Jenkins as head coach and its implications for the team's future.

Milwaukee Bucks zero in on Taylor Jenkins as their next head coach, signaling a possible new era for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the franchise. Could Jenkins’ arrival reshape the Bucks’ plans—whether that means a hard reset or another push for a championship run? Justin Garcia and Frank Madden break down why this hire might be the best fit given the organization’s crossroads, weighing Jenkins’ coaching history, Memphis Grizzlies’ player development successes, and his existing relationships with Bucks brass. Key discussion points include the future of Giannis in Milwaukee, Jenkins’ impact on young guards like Ryan Rollins, and what his system could mean for the team’s identity on both ends of the floor. Plus, the hosts debate the Bucks’ offseason scenarios—from blockbuster trades to potential lottery pick use—while comparing Jenkins’ coaching profile to recent hires around the NBA.
