About this episode

The episode discusses the New York Giants' roster changes, including the decline of Deonte Banks' fifth-year option and potential impacts on the team.

The New York Giants decline Deonte Banks’ fifth-year option, but new defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson is offering a “clean slate.” What does this mean for a revamped secondary — and how much better can this unit realistically be? Where do the Giants still have roster holes after the draft, and what was their best value pick? On offense, could an O-line reshuffle be coming with questions around the interior, and what role will Malachi Fields play as the “power forward” in the wide receiver room? What does all of this mean for a potential Odell Beckham Jr. return — and is Malik Nabers fully healthy heading into the season? Plus, despite reports, Joe Schoen remains in place — but is he truly safe, and how does he coexist with John Harbaugh moving forward? We break down the Giants’ roster outlook, key position battles, and front office stability heading into the next phase of the offseason. Jay Berman, Patricia Traina, and Mark Collins break it all down on the latest edition of the Giants Squad Show.
