About this episode

The San Francisco Giants continue to struggle, losing to the Tampa Bay Rays and failing to score despite having more hits.

The San Francisco Giants entered today still searching for their first win of the road trip, and they will need to keep looking as they fell to the Tampa Bay Rays 3-0. Despite generating more hits than the Tampa Bay Rays, the San Francisco Giants only mustered one at bat with a runner in scoring position, and were shutout for the second time on the road trip. Today's loss also featured Robbie Ray surrendering multiple home runs, a horrible back pick attempt by Patrick Bailey that led to a run scoring, and yet another horrific decision by third base coach Hector Borg. Giants baseball, nothing like it!
