Her graduate research focused on the lived experience of being in a polycule, a project she has since expanded into a longitudinal study, interviewing the same participants since 2022. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Studies at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland (primarily by distance), where her scholarship continues to explore the dynamics of consensual nonmonogamy.
