About this episode

Becky and Bevy discuss the homicide of Larry Fenton, exploring the circumstances surrounding his death and the investigation that followed.

This week on LOTW, Becky and Bevy discuss a case that begins with a chance meeting at a gym and ends with investigators questioning whether a crime scene was telling the truth. Larry Fenton had built a stable, successful life in Clearwater. Friends described him as hardworking and financially secure. A few years before his death, he met Rebecca Fenton at a gym when they both reached for the same machine. The relationship moved quickly, and before long the two were married. Then on Super Bowl Sunday in 2008 , Rebecca said she stepped out to work out in the garage gym while Larry stayed inside the house. When she returned, Larry had been shot to death. At first, the home appeared to have been ransacked — suggesting a robbery. But as investigators looked closer, the scene began raising more questions than answers.
