She has held senior leadership positions, including VP Global Corporate Communications at L’Oréal , Head of Communications Europe at Cisco , and General Secretary of the Manpower Foundation . She is the co-founder and President of Global Women in PR France , a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women’s leadership in the communications profession. A certified Business Coach (International Coaching Federation) , Ariane founded her own consultancy in 2020. Drawing on her deep understanding of corporate dynamics as well as organizational and cultural transformation, she supports executives in developing an authentic, aligned, and impactful leadership.
