Happy 7th birthday to The Medium in the Middle Podcast! Seven years ago, this podcast started with one simple idea: I had so many crazy spirit stories, and I was tired of repeating them. So I decided I had to record them. In this special birthday episode, we're going all the way back to the beginning in 2019. I'm talking about the first three episodes, why I started the podcast, how much has changed over the last seven years, and why I will always recommend starting before you feel ready. What began as a place to document my own experiences has grown into something so much bigger.
