Dan is the founder of Endure IQ, an endurance education and coaching platform designed to help athletes and coaches apply sports science in the real world. He is also the co-founder of Endurox alongside Dr Adam Storey, providing evidence-based HYROX coaching and programming that combines endurance development, strength training and race-specific preparation.
