Good morning, I'm Julia Cartwright, and I'm so glad you're here. Whether you've just settled at your desk with a cup of coffee or you're about to dive into what feels like a tsunami of tasks, I want you to know that the next few minutes are yours. No emails, no notifications, no "urgent" messages. Just you and me, finding your way back to focus. Let's be honest. It's Wednesday morning, and if you're like most people I talk to, your brain is probably already three meetings ahead of where your body actually is. Am I right? That scattered feeling where you're physically at your desk but mentally scattered like puzzle pieces across the floor? We're going to fix that today. So find a comfortable seat, feet flat if you can. No need to sit like a statue. Just settle in like you're about to listen to your favorite song. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears, and when you're ready, take a breath in through your nose for a count of four. Hold it there for a moment.
