FOLLOW UP: APPEAL AGAINST VAT RULING FOR PUBLIC CHARGERS HMRC has decided it will appeal against the tribunal ruling that found that VAT on public chargers should have a VAT rate the same as those who can charge their EVs at home. Apparently the specific definition of “a month” and “premises” is the focal point of their case.
