About this episode

Josiah Movius discusses Paul's letter to the Galatians, focusing on themes of sanctification and the analogy of Sarah and Hagar.

At this point in Pauls letter he starts to first start off with how we these believers before they came to Christ, and continues to show them they are still apart of Gods family, but have been scattered by false brethren. There is also language of sanctification in Pauls verbiage in this chapter, shows them the true intentions ( ohhh there’s that word !) of these Jewdisers, then gives them an analogy of who Sarah and Hagar are symbolically represented in todays world. And uses that analogy to help them come back to what is recognizable to them. josiahmovius12@yahoo.com Galatians 4 Blue Letter Bible Greek manuscript: https://www.blueletterbible.org/esv/gal/4/1/t_conc_1095024 David Guzik commentary on Galatians 4: https://www.blueletterbible.org/comm/guzik_david/study-guide/galatians/galatians-4.cfm Craig Keener Bible Background commentary IVP…
