At the same time, they’re working to balance the expectations of permanent residents, seasonal property owners, and visitors. Representing these communities is the Association of Summer Villages of Alberta, a non-profit that advocates on their behalf, coordinates with the provincial government, and provides tools like its Lake Stewardship Guide to address emerging challenges.
