The one-time publisher of a luxury lifestyle magazine and heir to a multimillion-dollar plastic surgery fortune hasn’t taken her dramatic fall from grace lying down. Since being sentenced to 15 years to life for two counts of second-degree murder, Rebecca Grossman has tapped every resource available to her to avoid consequences, both criminal and financial. Her refusal to accept responsibility has weighed heavily on the family of the two victims, 11-year-old Mark and 8-year-old Jacob Iskander. On September 29, 2020 Rebecca was behind the wheel of a super-charged Mercedes-Benz that struck the boys in a crosswalk as their mother and younger sibling looked on in horror—having just barely survived themselves.
