I felt seen, called out, and set free all at the same time and I had to bring it straight to you. In this episode, I'm sharing the quote that changed the way I see every excuse I've ever made, why "I'm just not good at that" might be the most expensive sentence you ever speak over yourself, and what I finally realized after years of running on Karen Power and wondering why I kept hitting the wall.
