Princess Luna seeks to improve her public image by offering free hugs to the citizens of Equestria.

Ever since her return from the moon and the removal of Nightmare's influence, Princess Luna has been looking for ways to improve her image in the eyes of a public who know nothing about her other than what they've heard in legends passed down through the generations. Eager to show her subjects that she is a changed mare, she heads into the centre of Canterlot to do something unprecedented. For the first time in history, the ponies of Equestria will get the chance to hug a Princess. That is, if she can find anypony willing to take her up on the offer...
