One thing I’ve learned after working with many families is that progress doesn’t usually stall because parents aren’t trying hard enough. It often stalls because no one warned them about a few very common pitfalls. 1️⃣ Trying to Do Too Much at Once Adding in more than one supplement at a time, increasing dosages too quickly, not having toxin binders in place or foundational detoxification support, and the wrong diet, all as therapies are added in.
