The next we're comparing magnesium supplements, cortisol levels, protein intake, fasting schedules, blood work, weighted vests, and whatever health trend showed up on Instagram this week. Somewhere along the way, health became another thing many of us feel like we need to get right. This week, I'm talking about sleep, stress, aging, grief, wellness trends, and the pressure to optimize everything, especially our health. Because I don't think most of us are actually chasing perfect routines. I think we're chasing energy, confidence, peace, and a life we're excited to wake up and live.
