In this Mother’s Day message, we look at the story of Mary and discover a powerful Kingdom truth: God often does His greatest work through surrendered people. Mary’s life was interrupted by a promise she didn’t fully understand, a process she didn’t control, and a future she could not clearly see. Yet her response became one of the most courageous statements in Scripture: “Be it unto me according to your word.” Together, we explore the biblical idea of Kenosis —the emptying of self—not as becoming less human, but as becoming fully surrendered to the God who created us.
