Jerry had a monster writing week — book three jumped over 9,000 words and he's now sitting at 85% of his yearly goal — and he keeps building out his in-house writing app, adding an import feature, a Kanban board, and a sneaky Claude-powered database check so he can see who's actually using it (spoiler: he's watching). Rich has been quietly writing again too, cranking out 4,400 words in the app and getting genuinely excited about a new project: a midlife-crisis trilogy called "A Series of Fortunate Disasters," a Nick Hornby/Bill Bryson-style comedic road novel set in Scotland, with the first book title, log line, and everything already sketched out.
