Romans 7 v1-13: Sin & The Law

About this episode

Hughie discusses the implications of sin and the law as explored in Romans 7 v1-13, emphasizing the transformative power of God's grace.

We continue our journey through the book of Romans. In today's passage, Hughie examines how sin no longer applies to us. Our old selves have died and we are changed. We are no longer bound by the law. The law helps us to see sin better, but the law offers little help over sin. The law is holy and expresses God's will for his people. It shows the sin in our lives. But God's grace is greater than any sin. But, if our old selves are dead and we are now living for Christ, shouldn't people be able to see it? Join our family morning service every Sunday at 11am.
