When Jesus was preaching His most famous sermon he challenged the people to see the Commandments as more than a list of laws and regulations, saying multiple times “You have heard it said… but I say to you…” (Mt. 5:21, 27, 33, 38, 43) Today the Lord challenges us to see how all divine law (The Word) shows us what love really is, and how we can get better at it.
