ALSO - Josh with the Pyramid Roofing Company stops by: They are starting to see supply shortages. The big problem right now is gutter metal and siding. New roof installs are about 4-6 weeks out, and gutters are a week or two after that. Make sure line items are right and covered. If not, it can add thousands to a bill.
