About this episode
Nicky reflects on how Troye Sivan's album 'Blue Neighborhood' profoundly influenced his life.
LONG TIME NO SEEEEE!!! I missed you all so much :') Kind of an out of pocket episode topic this week-- but I was looking at the Spotify 20 year anniversary celebration data where my No. 1 streamed artists of all time was Troye Sivan. Specifically, his first album Blue Neighborhood. I remember being a closeted teenager listening to it for the first time, and felt chills across my whole body. It was the first time I ever heard music that I felt spoke that directly and deeply to me. It singlehandedly set me down the path of life that I am on, and none of this channel would have ever happened without that album 0:00 - Intro 1:50 - Catching up 4:09 - Blue Neighborhood Lore 6:52 - Album Review 9:35 - SUBURBIA 12:28 - HEAVEN 17:31 - The Blue Neighborhood Trilogy 24:02 - LOST BOY 28:28 - Troye's Evolution #troyesivan #blueneighborhood #albumreview
