This program will discuss Pre-malignancies in Hematology. This presentation reviews the spectrum of premalignant hematologic disorders including clonal hematopoiesis, B cell disorders, and plasma cell disorders. First, the presentation will review clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential and clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance. The second part of the talk will go over monoclonal B lymphocytosis. The last portion will cover monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) and smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM). Learners will review diagnostic criteria, risk stratification models, and clinical monitoring strategies for these conditions. The session will emphasize practical approaches to evaluation, risk assessment, and management decisions in patients with hematologic malignancy precursor conditions.
